Rigid board packaging provides a quality luxury feel to all products that are incorporated inside. It is constructed of typically 2000 micron grey board which is made into panels, covered with a litho printed sheet and lined.
The outer printed sheets can be enhanced with a combination of finishes such as matt or gloss lamination with spot UV, foil blocking and/or embossing.

This can include the use of other materials such as Soft touch PVC cloth, leather and metal.

customised fitments

After wowing you with the initial first impression of the outside of the box, we maintain the WOW factor of the box by incorporating a custom fitment that neatly houses all of the presented items.

Our professional design department can take your artwork and fit it around the template for the desired box size and style. If you have your own design department we are happy to provide a template for you to add your artwork. If you do not have a design department we can provide you with full access to our creative services department who will be more than happy to take your brief and to create several proofs for you.
